MZ-90 matt cold zinc galvanising spray is intended as a repair coating for newly galvanized metal that requires repair or recoating to a matt finish. The coating can be applied to bare metal, welded metal or slightly corroded metal. The coating is very fast drying thus improving job times and finish. Several light coats are advised and give better performance than one heavy coat. MZ-90 cold zinc Galvanising paint is matched to the colour of newly galvanized surfaces making the product ideal for fences, security railings, roller shutter doors, gutters and duct work. MZ-90 spray is ideal for steel structures, off shore rigs, bridges, and automotive panels. Do not apply to the inside of potable water storage containers or not to be used on surfaces that will come into contact with food. This product contains zinc, aluminium fillers, solvents and surfactants. MZ-90 can be used as a primer or a topcoat. Drying time is 5 minutes for touch dry and 20 hours for hard dry (based on 20°C).MZ90 is shower proof in 5 minuets.
