CT-90 Foamcut Metal Cutting Lubricant and Tapping Fluid

CT-90 Foam Cut is a foaming metal cutting lubricant formulated to be effective in extreme pressure cutting operations. The foaming qualities of the product provide the cutting tool with a lubricant which is less likely to “run off” the work or tool. The foam allows rapid penetration to the cutting edge of the tool. The foaming action helps the product stick to the work and provides penetration to allow clean cut chip separation. CT-90 Foaming cutting lubricant can be used on a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as steel, soft metals, and brass. Yellow metals are not stained with CT-90. Shake the aerosol well before use to achieve maximum foam effect. CT-90 foaming cutting fluid lubricant is used for threading, reaming, sawing, and all cutting operations. CT-90 Foamcut does not mix with water. Base product flash point above 200°C. Remove with a solvent cleaner.
