CT-90 Cutting/Tapping/Reaming /Drilling compound will not breakdown under extreme pressure. A coating of CT-90 Cutting Compound will allow the removal of swarf and cut chips of metal by the cutting tool with less friction. CT-90 allows less effort when cutting is required for even the hardest metal. CT-90 improves the surface finish and cutting times are reduced. This increases production rates and extend cutting and drilling tool life. CT-90 has been formulated to be suitable for all types of Steel and Ceramics, even High Tensile Steels. Apply CT-90 during the drilling operation will increase the efficiency and prolong drill bit life by decreasing breakage. Caution should be used near moving parts. Use CT-90 when thread cutting apply to the die or tap prior to use and also during the operation. CT-90 is suitable for both machine and hand operation and is particularly recommended for pipe work where the risk of thread wall deformation during cutting is reduced. Apply CT-90 to the hacksaw blade before and during the saw operation. CT-90 is suitable for use with power saws and hand saws.
